Regional Squad
Ages 7+ years
STGC's Regional Squad is aimed towards gymnasts who want to compete in Trampoline. Our experienced coaching team help develop technical, physical and psychological aspects of the sport to enable all gymnasts to step out on the competition floor.

Aspire Squad
Ages 6-10 Years
STGC's Aspire Squad is the first step on our elite pathway, gymnasts are usually selected from our champ tots or recreational programmes who demonstrate the ability to one day progress to competitive Trampoline. We target specific events for our Aspire Squad Members from club competitions to either Regional or National level competition levels depending on their personal progress.

National Development
Ages 9 and Up
STGC's National Development Squad is for aspiring gymnasts who want to compete at National level competitions. Gymnasts in this group will learn the skills and combinations required to compete at this level.

Elite Squad
Ages 10 and Up
STGC's Elite Squad is aimed at gymnasts competing at National and International competition level. Gymnasts will then aim to hopefully progress on to represent England or Great Britain on the International stage.
