Champ Tots
Ages 4 - 7 years
Our first introduction to fully structured learning, Champ-Tots is where champions are born. These trampoline classes are completely fun-based, our coaching staff will guide each child at their own pace, to be fully competent in all basics, including front and back somersaults when ready. Gymnasts will follow the British Gymnastics proficiency scheme that you can track on the customer portal.
Children will develop self-confidence, learn discipline, improve their balance, co-ordination and strength. They will learn basic gymnastics such as handstands, cartwheels and rolls using age-specific gymnastic apparatus, as well as safely learning how to somersault on trampoline. From here, children will be encouraged to transfer into one of our competitive training programes; Elite, regional squad or if they don't want to compete they can stay in recreational classes.

Monthly Price: £47.50 per weekly class
Once enrolled into this class monthly new members will be charged a one off joining fee for £25 and will also have to register with our National Governing Body British Gymnastics.
Recreational Trampoline
Ages 4 and Up
Our recreational trampoline classes are supervised by fully qualified DBS checked coaches. Within our sessions children will learn the basic trampoline gymnastics elements in a fun safe environment. This is the perfect class to introduce your child into trampoline gymnastics as sessions are completely fun-based, our coaching staff will guide each child at their own pace, to be fully competent in all basics, including front and back somersaults when ready. Gymnasts will follow the British Gymnastics proficiency scheme that you track on our customer portal and then you can have the option to purchase badges and certificates when your child passes a level.
Children will develop self-confidence, learn discipline, improve their balance, co-ordination and strength. They will learn basic gymnastics such as forward and backward rolls using age-specific gymnastic apparatus, as well as safely learning how to perform all body landings on trampoline.
